By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service! Failure to follow said TOS will result in a block & you will no longer be able to commission me for future projects.

Payments are made via PayPal or VGen.

Projects require a 50% or full upfront payment to reserve a slot. The initial 50% is non-refundable. If the client paid in full and wishes to cancel, only 50% is refundable.

Two free revisions are included; after that, you need to pay an additional fee.

Delays caused by late submissions from the client may extend the deadline.

Do not claim my work as your own.

I have the right to refuse commissions.

I have the right to use my commissions in my portfolio and upload them to my social media unless otherwise specified by an NDA.

No refunds will be given if I've already started working on the project and can still finish it.

I will issue a full refund if I cannot finish the project and the client is not at fault.

Please credit me properly (X: @yujinyb) where the work is uploaded. I will charge +$100 if you choose not to put the credit.

Commercial use applies if the client is a company, agency, or if the work is used for branding, ads, or merchandise. An additional +100% fee will be charged.
